What the Name Means
Selective and personal.
Each partnership is a deliberate decision. We do not grow for the sake of growing, and we do not treat dentists like paperwork. Fit matters on both sides.
More than money.
Financial capital is only one part of growth. Dentists also need knowledge, systems, people, relationships, and operating support. We bring all of it, not just the money.
Why We Exist
The support dentists need has not existed in the right form.
A dentist spends years mastering clinical care. Then, almost overnight, owning a practice means understanding capital, payroll, leases, insurance, hiring, marketing, compliance, software, vendors, and leadership.
Banks provide loans. Consultants provide advice. Large corporate groups provide systems, often in exchange for control. Many dentists need a different path.

Dr. Soheil Khodadadi, DDS
Founder, DDS Private Capital
Dr. Khodadadi is a practicing dentist and DSO operator who has spent decades founding and running practices across California and Texas. He began as a clinician and built from there, hiring teams, signing leases, and making the operational and financial decisions every owner faces as a practice grows.
He has also mentored other dentists and built multi-location dental operations. That experience shapes how DDS Private Capital evaluates partnerships and supports growth.
He is the author of books for dentists who want to understand the business behind clinical practice, including The Psychology and Economics of Dentistry and The Invisible Dental Curriculum.
